Returns Policy

EASY 30-DAY RETURNS

We are genuinely committed at Diamond Dreams to make sure our customers are absolutely thrilled with their new diamond jewelry.

 If, however, you want to return your item to us, please ensure it is shipped back to us and that the ship date is no later than 30 days from the date you received your order. We do not pay the shipping for returns (including any duties and taxes if applicable), and we are also not responsible for lost items that were not shipped by us, so please insure your shipment.

If you had qualified for and received our stunning diamond heart necklace as a promotional gift with your purchase, that item must be returned to us as well or the retail cost of the necklace will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please include a copy of the invoice from us when returning an item so we can be sure it was purchased at Diamond Dreams.
