Our Ring Resizing Policy

If you feel that your ring and is not 100% fitting you properly and needs resizing, we ask that you go ahead and get it re-sized at a local jeweler; we will cover the cost up to $100.00 USD (this should cover it in full)!

This way your local jeweler can re-size the ring exactly the way you want it to fit and we also don't want to take the chance having you ship your new ring two times.

Your 100% satisfaction and happiness with your new jewelry is always our primary concern. 

Please send us back the paid invoice via email to hello@labdiamonddreams.com. The invoice must describe the ring accurately and also indicate that it was for re-sizing. We will reimburse you the cost up to $100.00 within 24 hours of receiving the paid invoice to your jeweler.

Please note that eternity wedding bands (the ones with diamonds all around the ring) cannot be resized.
