Lifetime Warranty

At Diamond Dreams, we’re proud to offer a lifetime warranty on both our ready made and custom-made items covering any manufacturing defects. We stand behind every diamond and jewelry piece we create ensuring they’re free of defects at the time of delivery.

If you think your piece may be damaged, please reach out to us and we’ll guide you on how to ship it back to our quality control team.

If our inspection finds an issue covered by our warranty, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Covered repairs include metal re-shouldering, securing loose stones, and prong tightening. Our warranty does not cover items that have been repaired by a third party, resized and/or polished by others, replacement of lost stones, and normal wear and tear. Our warranty also does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry itself, or discoloration of metals due to chemicals and makeup.
